Accepted and Missed Call Lead E-mail

With the launch of our Listing-level Calltracker solution, dealers using Lead Management Systems (LMSs) can now seamlessly integrate accepted and missed call leads directly into their LMSs, streamlining lead management and enhancing efficiency. To ensure these new emails can be received and the call and listing information within them is parsed correctly, LMS providers need to review their configuration setup based on the information provided below and make adjustments, if needed.

Key information to parse Accepted and Missed Call Lead E-mails

"From" e-mail address:
Both e-mails about accepted and missed calls will be sent from the e-mail address no-reply@rtm.autoscout24.com

Subject pattern:
