Sehr zuvor kommende Händler, nehmen sich Zeit und beraten. Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Leider hat das angeschaute Auto für meine Tochter ihr nicht zugesagt. Würde dort bedenkenlos ein Auto kaufen.

This was my best experience buying a vehicle in Germany by far. Very friendly people and for me in particular Raffael was a fantastic salesman. Perfect English communication. Quick answers to emails, patiënt with your questions,... Honest about any defects on the vehicle upfront, no suprises. Vehicle had a defect I found out while testdriving they didn’t know of themselfs. Went to Mercedes in my country to repair and they payed the cost for that afterwards by bank transfer. They stand behind the product they sell and don’t shy away to take responsibility when needed. Very professional!! It felt good knowing there are still honest people around and the overal experience was absolutely great! I drove 1400km total and it was worth it! i bought a great vehicle and for a very good price!!
