Nach Besichtigung vor Ort sollte Kontaktaufnahme erfolgen , nachdem das Auto TÜV / HU neu hat und fehlende Unterlagen vorliegen. Auch auf Nachfrage dann keine Reaktion mehr, Inserat wurde deaktiviert.

Nach eingehender Prüfung des Fahrzeugs mussten wir leider feststellen, dass der Wagen in seinem aktuellen Zustand nicht weiterverkauft werden konnte, da dies zu erheblichen Schäden für den Käufer führen würde. Aus diesem Grund haben wir das Inserat deaktiviert. In keinem Fall rechtfertigt dies, dass wir uns nach der Besichtigung nicht mehr bei Ihnen gemeldet haben und entschuldigen uns dafür. Alles läuft sehr einfach

Laut Beschreibung des Angebots handelt es sich um ein Nichtraucherauto, aber leider stinkt es. Ansonsten alles war in Ordnung, schennelle Bearbeitung, nette Verkauf Service. Würde weiterempfehlen.

I went to pick up the Mini ONE car (I send the purchase invoice as an attachment in the email) on 11/15/2023. The car, as I was told by you, was impeccable, everything was functional and the next service was in 12,000km. To my surprise, when I got in the car to start the trip to Portugal, I noticed that the on-board computer informed me that the next service would have to be done in 5,000km. Another situation is that the heated driver's seat wasn't working either, so I was a little displeased. However, this was not the worst problem. When purchasing, I asked several times whether the car's tinted windows were original from the factory. Mikahel said that weren't sure and I asked you to check and give the correct information. After a few moments he responded saying that the black glasses were from the factory! Therefore, with this confirmation I decided to proceed with the purchase of the car for €8000. When I went to pick up the car in person, I asked the same question to be sure and you, with such clarity, once again stated that the windows were indeed original. When I arrived in Portugal to carry out the inspection to legalize it, i had to remove them because the windows were not original but a dark film and they were not in the car documents or COC. Obviously, if I had been told that the windows were not original, I wouldn't have bought the car as there were better options on the market, especially in Germany. After all this and explaining the situation countless times and that I want an urgent resolution, Mikael doesnt said NOTHING and told me if I wanted to pay €300 for a service from the previous owner? Honestly, I don't understand, I don't even understand what the former owner has to do with me because I did the deal with TM AUTO where I saw the online ad on Autoscout24. He sold the car through private costumer instead of TM AUTO, to be cheaper and besides (at least was what he told me). it's impossible to talk to him, Mikhael, because he's a fraud. It distorts all the messages, I have all the screenshots on WhatsApp of our conversations. Dont buy cars from this company. I don't recommend it at all, ever!

With respect to the tinted windows, the discussion was about whether the tint was original from the factory or not. Due to a miscommunication between both parties, it appears that the factory origin of the tint was not fully clarified. We apologize for any confusion. However, it is important to note that the removal of the film is a quick procedure that takes about five minutes, and the vehicle can still be easily registered in Portugal without any further issues. We feel that referring to this situation as fraud is unprofessional, as our intent was always to resolve the issue in good faith. Regarding the invoice for €800 that was presented for the removal of the film, we find this to be inappropriate, especially considering how quickly and easily this matter can be resolved. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, the way the situation has been presented in your review does not reflect the reality of the circumstances and is not in line with standard business practices. Wir wurden pünktlich vom Bahnhof abgeholt. Empfang sehr freundlich, Kaffee selbstverständlich. Auto konnte direkt probe gefahren und in aller Ruhe besichtigen werden. TÜV wurde noch abgenommen. Wir können den Händler auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
